Our Story

Our Story

The inspiration behind askmathsguru.co.uk came from a personal experience. As a parent, I watched my daughter, 👸 (Mana! her nickname) struggle with basic division and multiplication, especially when dealing with multiple digits. Realising the lack of resources that clearly explained each step, I decided to create a website that provides solutions for every maths problem, not just a few examples. After numerous iterations and countless hours of work, we launched the first version of askmathsguru.co.uk in October 2024. Our website is designed to highlight every critical step in problem-solving, from carry-overs to greatest common factors (GCF) and least common multiples (LCM), making maths understandable and accessible for all.
